We are a team of experienced forwarders coming from various directions and modes of transport. The foundation of LAGO is the Scandinavian work culture of a family nature.

We focus on a partnership approach. We want to be perceived as a trustworthy and faithful logistics partner.

We invest in our own means of transport. We want to keep up with the market needs. We offer opportunities that allow the development of our clients companies.

Each client is important to us and will receive a dedicated logistics consultant who will advise and propose the right solution in the field of transport, forwarding and logistics.

How did it all start?

LAGO’s roots go back to 1984. Arto and Kaija Hyödynmaa founded Tampereen Express-Huolinta Oy – the company ensured the continuity of the supply chain of goods imported from Italy for the footwear industry.

The family venture turned into a dynamically developing company which is ran by the next generation. In 2017, as part of building brand awareness, the Finnish company changed its name to LAGO Logistics Oy.

The beginnings of LAGO in Poland

The beginning of operations in Poland dates back to 2017 under the name of LAGO Logistics. In 2020, another LAGO Transport company joined the group.

Together, the companies strive to expand on the Central European, Scandinavian and Western markets, together creating one brand – LAGO.

The commencement of operations in Poland allowed the group to gain more dynamics and intensive development.
